Very Good. Just like the pc version.

Hi, I would like to inform a bug, in app Chair Gun for iPhone /iPad, the problem occurs when you choose Metric Units in the tool box and choose "show target on reticle" if you observe the function Rangefinder in the reticle button, you will see that the slide button "target range" do not inform a same distance that shows in the reticule, this only works when you choose Imperial Units. Please Guys, I like so much this app and I will wait for an update soon!

For airgun shooters this is amazing! A must. I have been using the computer version for years, great to be able to take it shooting with me now.

UPDATE: The developer has updated the app three times in two weeks, and has made great strides in addressing the issues I mentioned below. Now Id say it is truly a 4 star app, with room for growth and a bit more interface work needed. Its still the best ballistics app in the app store for under $20 USD. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Im giving it 4 stars, though its got a lot of room for improvement... Why? Its unique and free, and even does some things better than the $10-$29 ballistic apps. (This is an airgun specific app, but would work great for powderburners too, as long as you know your basic ballistic data). For airgunners, there is no better choice. The pellet library is huge, and much of the interface will be familiar to desktop chairgun users. Its simpler and offers more features than the expensive ballistic apps. If I have one big complaint, its that too little attention was paid to the layout and aesthetics of the interface. That said, if you use Chairgun on your desktop, youre used to a clunky outdated interface... The App title header is huge, obtrusive, and unnecessary. It eats up 10% or so of the limited iphone screen, and serves no purpose. I clicked on the app to open it, and waited through the splash screen while it loaded, I dont need to be reminded which app Im looking at! There are some alignment issues with text and input boxes, which ought to be sn easy clean-up for the developers. The animated gear background on the "extras" screen is annoying and hugely distracting. Give us some clean buttons, please. Hire a good interface designer to clean things up, and this is approaching a 4 star app! I love the swipe to change graph views - it makes it easier to view graphs than the desktop version even. The +- 25 yards is a great option, though Id like to be able to select different scales (1 yard might take up too much real estate, but how about 5 or 10? The inclinometer is cool, but there are some minor bugs when looking at the reticle screen. The measure incline button disappears when looking at other options... The reticle options are great for Hawke owners, which I am not. That said, the generic mil dot option covers the rest of us. Id like to see a graphical representation of windage - how about an option that shows the actual point of impact for a given range and wind speed, instead of just a number? That and a few of the interface improvements would move this into 6 star territory for airgunners! So far its stable, loads fast, and does what it claims. Thanks, Hawke - but please fix a few issues and continue to develop this app!

The best free pellet shooting app ever!!!!!

This app is feature packed and a must own for all air gun owners.

They should put out a full app for more then just air guns, they should make the iPhone app equivalent of their regular ballistic program, like on the Pc

Seems to do all the basics and then some for a ballistics calculator. Only thing Id add would be to extend the pellet library a little more; add Gamo Raptor and some of the other PBA pellets. Also raise the velocity limit from 1200 fps to maybe 1500 fps. My Webley Patriot has been chronographed at well over 1300 fps with PBA pellets.

Great app with a lot of features that actually surprised me. A must for the serious airgun shooter. Two complains: 1 - It could have higher resolution for the iPhone 4 and 4S retina screen. 2 - A Mac version would be awesome, everyone else and I would be so thankful. Keep up the good work! Thank you for offering it free.

This is a great app. At first i had my iPad rotated and locked to horizontal and i could only get one ballistics table for one set of entry points. Then i found out you need to rotate vertical to enter new data and everything works great. Very handy and infinitely more practical than taking a laptop to run chair gun. Not only can you get your table for the shot, but there are several graph modes that I didnt expect for a mobile version. Hawke does us pellet shooters a great service by supporting chair gun. Only suggestion: in horizontal display mode show a note to rotate for other menus.

If you have access to a chronograph then get this app! Makes shooting longer distances so much fun and takes out a lot of the guess work.

All youll need at the range to help you map your guns accuracy. Now if they would only make the App Mac compatible!?

Superb! (If like me you initially just see a static data chart, try rotating your iPad 90 degrees, and itll take you to the main screen.)

The new update caused all kinds of crashing problems. There is a easy solution, however, just delete the program totally and then reinstall it. It will work fine after that.

First with new update, would not open. Deleted, reinstalled and there is no menu...stuck on jsb exacts. Was a great program

Not just for Hawke scopes. I found the app very accurate for my UTG as long as the input data is accurate. Great app!
